Fuji in North Quincy

Ordered lunch today from Fuji, and was very pleased. I had the Chicken Teriyaki Bento Box lunch special, which came with tasty miso soup, salad with ginger dressing (great dressing), chicken (breast meat) teriyaki with a not too sweet sauce, sushi rice, two fried gyoza, two seafood shumai, two pieces of broccoli tempura, two pieces of yam tempura, and three california rolls, all for $7. The salad was typical iceberg, but everything else was great.

Colleagues who had the spicy salmon roll combo (with salad and soup) and the beef teriyaki dinner (with noodles in teriyaki sauce, rice, soup, and salad) were similarly pleased.

The store is at 628 Hancock Street in North Quincy, on the corner before the block with the Alumni Cafe. They have a few little tables and a teeny sushi bar, and it was a nice tranquil scene when I went in at 1215 to pick up my lunch. Very nice folks over the phone and taking your money, too.
