I made a batch of fudge yesterday. It has not set up. Obviously, I did not cook this fudge long enough. I tried to wing it without a thermometer. Yes! Very dumb. Now, I'm curious if I can melt the fudge down and bring it to the correct temp and get it to set up. Thank you for all feedback.
