Well, it seems that Thanksgiving is coming up and my wife has decided that I am frying a Turkey.
So, who has done it? What kind of preparation did you do (to brine or not to brine)?
What kind of spicing did you do if any?
I'm looking for responses a little more detailed than, "I fried my tukey last year and it was great!" or "Why would you fry a turkey?" or "Yum more fried food."
i want something substantial here.
