OK. This sorta falls into the novelty utensil drawer.
I don't deep fry much. Maybe once every 3 months.....
Been thinking about ordering a fry basket. The novely idea of being able to lift and hang it on the pot as it does a short oil drain before I take it out, etc.
I currently just use a large spider tool and scoop straight onto a cookie cooling sheet.
Is there any advantages to frying when using a frying basket.
