fruit essences for strong cocktails

Ever since I visited a fabulous Moroccan joint in Manhattan called Chez es Saada, I have been looking for a local purveyor of fruit and berry purees. I'm trying to replicate some of the specialty cocktails served there: variations on classic up (shaken-over-ice-and-strained) cocktails like martinis and sidecars, but flavored with exotic fruit essences like blackberry puree. (The restaurant wouldn't divulge its source, fearing I was a competitor.) Any suggestions?
