All of the recipes I have found for frozen yogurt have been lacking. I have found no recipes for low fat ice cream. The recipes I have found for frozen yogurt have been little more than yogurt churned in the ice cream maker or a mixture of yogurt and simple syrup churned in the ice cream maker, producing lackluster consistency. It is like I stuck a cup of yogurt in the freezer and called it a day, and I have tried this with whole milk and low fat yogurt.
My goal is to get a creamy consistency, like the commercially available brands of frozen yogurt (Ben & Jerrys, Haagen Dazs, et al. Can anyone point me to such a recipe?
