Frozen Watermelon Lime Bars

Jaimie | Jul 17, 201601:56 PM

This recipe is so good and really is better than the sum of it's two parts should be. It screams summer to me and it looks so pretty. I do remove the seeds or use a seedless watermelon for the granita.

Not every recipe I make is from Epicurious!, but this is definitely another good one from them. Oh, how I miss Gourmet with Ruth Reichl at the helm.

I'm not sure how you could replace the sweetened condensed milk to make it vegan, but I think it would be worth trying if you like these flavors.
