Frozen Treats Creative Help?

Hankering to make ice cream/sorbet tonight, not hankering to fight the weather to get to the store. I've got a full big container of ricotta (it's part-skim), about a cup each of Greek yogurt and regular yogurt, some milk, eggs, a slew of spices (spearmint, nutmeg, cardamom, etc), 2 firm-ripe (red) pears, 3 ripe bananas, a slight possibility of frozen pineapple, a full liquor cabinet, 1/2 bottle of white wine, Trader Joe's apricot sauce (like apple sauce but with apricots), dried apricots and cherries, almonds and walnuts, and cocoa powder. Does anyone see anything tasty in the above items? I was thinking about experimenting with a ricotta-pear sorbet/sherbet (grainy meets grainy - perhaps poaching pears in wine first) but can't decide if that's gross or how I'd go about doing it. I couldn't find a ricotta ice cream recipe. I might also need to start following recipes and stop winging it. Anyone have a brilliant idea or two?
