I froze tomatoes and boiled them and took off the skin and stermcord and placed in freezer bags. I was cleaning out the freezer now a few weeks later to make room for everything I left a larger bag that held within six or seven freezer bags of tomatoes that I had prepared out overnight for just about 12 or 15 hours.
After I realized these were left out in the morning I could see the tomatoes were still very cold and partially frozen except for a few bags that were a little more thawed but still cold.
Can I refreeze them again and still use them and cooked dishes like chili's. Are they safe? What do you think?
