Need Help with Frozen Seafood Mix

Sararob | Jan 20, 202002:13 AM     3

I bought a 1 lb bag of Fremont Frozen Seafood Mix at Aldi's yesterday. It contains shrimp, mussels, calamari and bay scallops. I want to use it in Brazilian fish stew recipe (substituting for the 1 lb shrimp) that I saw on America's Test Kitchen (found on Epicurious website at https://www.epicurious.com/recipes/me...) . How do I cook it so that the calamari isn't rubbery without overcooking the other shellfish? I'm going to also use 1 lb cod fillets as specified in the recipe.
