Frozen Rajas – Where?

Will Owen | Jan 4, 201504:02 PM

Those wonderful roasted, peeled and shredded poblano strips I have become dependent on are no longer available at Food4Less. I haven't found them at Baja Ranch, either in Pasadena or Monrovia, nor at Super King – those are the only Latino supermarkets in my immediate area. Okay, yeah, I could roast, peel and shred those peppers on my own, but I've never really gotten the hang of that, and mine never tasted as good as Huerta's. And if I figure my labor is worth minimum wage, the frozen ones are a real bargain! Has anyone out there found them at Gigante or other Latino markets?
