An earlier posting referred to a rib roast in the freezer. I'm curious, am I the only one who refuses to use keep meat in the freezer because I think it spoils the taste?
A while back, I saw some New Zealand lamb chops at Trader Joes at half the price of what I find at the butchers. I thought I'd check them out, that perhaps because they were flash frozen they might be ok. They were virtually tasteless.
