I have 2 - 5oz frozen tails in shell. The shells are reddish-brown on the edges of the underside, and blackish on the top side, meat is white-ish, sort opaque. Are these cooked? I never thought to ask! Either cooked or raw, how do I proceed? Thaw first, regardless of cooked or not??
Then what? What's a not-too-fussy preparation that you like?
