Ever frozen Coco Lopez Cream of Coconut?

Just tried a new recipe for a coconut cake using Coco Lopez Cream of Coconut. It calls for 6 ounces in the batter, and 6 ounces to glaze. Have decided not to glaze it, and am now wondering if I can freeze the leftover amount to use at a later date. Has anyone tried it?
