I'd like to make a lemon bundt cake with blueberries in it however, due to the season, all I've got is frozen blueberries. I'm guessing this is probably an OK sub but wanted to check to see if I would have to make any adjustments to the recipe because I'm using frozen. Do I have to defrost them first? Add more flour maybe because frozen fruit can be more liquidy? Or just chuck them in like they're the real thing?
