So I froze some stuff last winter and just found it in the freezer. I'm a little worried about eating it and I'd like some chowish opinions.
One item is turkey gravy with pieces of leftover roasted turkey. Another is a mix of tomato sauce with meat and a garlicy béchamel (I made lasagna and had both sauces leftover so I just combined them for a bolognese effect). And lastly, chili with beef.
