I think I’m in trouble. I just read the comments on someone’s question on defrosting a cake. I made two boxed Betty Crocker cakes, one Lemon with sugar free frosting and a chocolate with pecan coconut frosting. I placed in the freezer last Wednesday nite, 1/24/2018, and I need them ready by this Thursday nite, 2/1/2018. I loosely covered them with aluminum foil so that the foil doesn’t touch the cake (too much) thinking that my being careful is key … ha ha.. reasons for doing this is another story … Help Please. Someone tell me everything will be ok.
