The Front Room Bar & Lounge at John Ash, Santa Rosa

THIS REVIEW IS FOR "THE FRONT ROOM BAR & LOUNGE" at John Ash.

After hearing and reading about the Happy Hour and "special nights" at The Front Room we went yesterday (Sunday) for their Burger Night.
First off this is not your average burger joint :). Very nice room with lots of wood very comfortable well spaced tables and chairs, large bar and a roaring fire in the huge gas fireplace. There is also a large room, just as comfortable overlooking the lawn and garden area. Very inviting to say the least.

Sunday burger night is a large (around 8 oz) BN Ranch Angus Beef Burger
homemade zucchini pickles, shoe string fries, choice of cheese: pepper jack, cheddar, gruyère. Also comes with tomato, lettuce, onions and small dishes of ketchup, mustard and mayo to dress your burger however you want. My wife requested medium well and it came out perfect yet was juicy and flavorful. Not many med. well burgers can say that :). My medium burger was a perfect pink and very tasty.
Best of all the price was 10 bucks. an excellent value. Sunday at The Front Room is also 2 for 1 Buds or Bud Light. Burger and a brew, including tax was $25.00 for two. Considering the quality of the burger, room and setting I don't think there is a better deal in Sonoma County.

The Front Room is well known for their Happy Hours during the week. We have not been but if their HH is anything like Sunday Burger Night you will be a happy camper.
