Tonight we'll be Crispy Frying them and serving them with an herb-caper
beurre blanc that we refer to as "Fish Camp" Beurre Blanc, topping them with
some Orange-Tabasco marinated Cucumbers, and piling all that alongside our
famous Falls Mills Grits and some Sautéed Veggies.
But there was some fantastic coleslaw. And for an app, I had the best fried oysters I think I have ever had. I can't remember the beer the waitress selected - a light ale - and it was perfect.
