1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup cornmeal
1/3 cup milk
1 egg, beaten
2 medium zucchini, cut into 1/2 inch strips.
1 dash salt
1 dash pepper
oil, for frying
Combine egg and milk in one dish.
Place the flour and cornmeal in 2 separate dishes.
Roll the zucchini in the flour then the egg, then into the cornmeal.
Fry in hot oil until golden brown.
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 20 minutes
