FRIED RICE - Home Cooking Dish of the Month, September 2019

MelMM | Sep 1, 201908:28 AM     58

Welcome to the September, 2019 Dish of the Month reporting thread! This month we will be making FRIED RICE.

Use this thread to report on the fried rice dishes you make. Pictures are not required, but are encouraged. In the spirit of DOTM, expand your personal culinary boundaries and seek out new-to-you versions of the dish to try out this month.

Do remember, all reporting threads are open indefinitely, and you can continue to post any future versions of this and all previous DOTMs that you cook. Here is a link to our archive: https://www.chowhound.com/post/links-...

Per Chowhound rules, please do not quote an author’s recipe verbatim, but you may paraphrase it or include a link. If your recipe is original, you are welcome to include it in its entirety if you like.
