I have a general fondness for fried whole fish. I used to love the fried flounder dish at the Crystal Thai restaurant that came with savory chili sauce on the side but it hasn't taste the same after they did a massive renovation of the space and pushed out their totally revamp menu a few years ago. My wife and I think they have changed owners/chefs....we don't recognize any of the waitstaff and hostess....we were regulars her for last 10 years. I am looking for a new spot to enjoy whole fried fish.

When we honeymooned in St. Marteen (French side) a while back, I also fondly remembered eating fried red snapper from the streetside eateries (LoLo) along with beans & rice and plantains. I am not too familiar with the Carribbean food options around...I heard there are limited options.

Looking for suggestions...TIA
