fried chicken tenders help needed

i've got a package of these and i'm marinating them in some buttermilk and lawry's seasoning. any suggestions on breading....some have buttermilk mixed in, some are double dredge techniques, some have baking powder in the flour, some are flour and cornmeal, some breadcrumbs. also, tips on shallow frying are appreciated.... temp, time, technique. thanks in advance!
