Have been a big fan of Chicory on Degraw/Clinton in Carroll Gardens for a while but had not tried their fried chicken until last night. Excellent, just a little spicy and very moist. Had some incredible baked beans on the side (big hunks of ham hock make all the difference) as well as a nice piece of moist, not-too-sweet chocolate bundt cake (definitely made with unsweetened chocolate). My only problem is that I'll now have a tough time choosing between the chicken or the equally good roast pork shoulder. Just glad it's in the hood, a true asset.
