Fridays - West End Dallas (moved from Texas board)

I haven't been to a Fridays in years, so I thought I'd give the place in the West end a shot.
1.) I ordered a salad with 1000 Island dressing. The waitress said they were out of 1000 Island dressing.
2.) I ordered a bowl of soup instead. The soup came with no soup spoon. The waitress said they were out of soup spoons.
3.) I ordered the vanilla bean cheese cake for dessert. The waitress said they were out vanilla bean cheese cake.
4.) The waitress, a young person, had a studded face and large tattoos and insisted on addressing me and my wife (both in our 60s) as "You Guys".

I was willing to order another salad dressing, eat my soup with a teaspoon and skip dessert but it bugs the heck out of me to be addressed as "You Guys". We are old enough to be this person's grandparents and she's calling us "You Guys". Geeze!
Does anyone else have this problem?
