I’m making a fish taco dinner for about 10 people tomorrow night. Can anyone double-check this menu/plan? I’ve never made fish or shrimp tacos so suggestions or critiques welcome.

I’m making the slaw and pickled onions tonight and my lady will take care of the shrimp and batter the fish pieces before our guests arrive. When everyone comes over we’ll fry the fish—probably will make 15-20 pieces so this could take 20 minutes or so.
