I went in this weekend to pick up a few things. The owner, Cole, was pulling some fresh mozzarella. He squeezed off a piece for me to try. Crazy good. It was still warm, had perfect saltiness, super milky and delicious. He only makes it on Saturdays. He told me that he's also trying to grab a small fraction Ontario water buffalo milk away from the big players and make his mozz with that too.
