Hi and happy thanksgiving eve! I bought a replacement turkey today after my other turkey leaked, literally, all over my fridge. (What a mess. But that’s another story!) Didn’t notice the sell by/use by date was yesterday. I did notice that the turkey felt a little icy/frozen, so I’m assuming it was kept really cold. Think we’re safe cooking this tomorrow, assuming it smells ok?
Thanks for your help! In other news, the mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes, pumpkins pies, and chocolate torte are all done! Yum!
