I have to cook the above 9½LBS fresh ham.
I am Aware, & done, the cooks method, brine and cook, but wondered of other approaches other than the Cook’s white bread approach? Please save the New Ginny and Hawaiian recipies.

Thanks to all, And please don’t be offended with the cooks Reference, (I do respect Cook’s).
