Fresh rice noodles (cheung fan?) in Flushing - now available at night

I walked by Corner 28 last night around 8:30 (alright, maybe I stopped and had a Peking duck bun, but only one, I swear) and noticed that the window where they make the fresh rice noodles to order in the mornings is now at night. It was a different woman making the noodles (thank goodness she's not working 14 hour days), but the process was the same -- choose your filling and she makes it on the spot in a small oven).
