I was at Kalustyan's yesterday / sunday and they had fresh, raw, green almonds. These are ones that are immature- sold whole with the green, tart, fruit covering the immature and soft unformed nut.
How are they used in cooking? I heard that they can be boiled in salty water and then snaked on. What are other suggestions?
Kalyustan's will only have them the next 2-3 weeks while they are available.
