Fresh methi (fenugreek) uses

The super-produce market in my town (Berkeley Bowl) has been featuring bunches of fresh methi (fenugreek) leaves in place of their purslane supply (I looked).

I am familiar with the Indian potato/fenugreek recipe, and use it often. But am looking for other stir-fry ideas with methi leaves.

Note: I know that methi is a popular choice with stuffed breads, but am a bit too lazy to go down that route...
