Fresh Jumbo Lump Crab Meat vs. Pasteurized?

Making the Linguine with Crab, Lemon, Chile & Mint from this months Bon Appetite tonight. Bought pasteurized jumbo lump crab from Fresh Market. Now I am questioning if I should have bought fresh crab, cooked it and shelled myself? Does anyone have a strong opinion about good quality pasteurized vs. fresh crabmeat for a pasta dish?
