Aside from pickling/jarring them? We were given some and I'd love to use them in the next day or two. I love making Chicken al Pimientos using jarred peppers...can I just sub the fresh ones or is there a reason you always see them jarred?
All I can find online are pickling recipes, or recipes that call for jarred cherry peppers. I'd love to get into pickling and jarring, but I know I won't by the time these spoil!
