With the demise of Bruno's at St Clair and Yonge I have lost my source for fresh jumbo wings.
Bruno's on Avenue Road is a bit of a hike.
I like to buy them tipped but not split and large, usually 3 whole wings to a pound.

Any good ideas from you chowish wing nuts?
