I'm not too excited by the prepackaged pita bread that is sold in local grocery stores. Is there any place in Reno/Sparks that sells fresh-baked pitas? Not like a sit-down restaurant, just a grocery store or bakery.
For perfectly fried, mozzarella Arancini, dip a rice ball into flour and shake off any excess. Dip floured ball into egg, allowing any excess to drip off. Finish by coating completely in breadcrumbs. Repeat.
