Had to add my voice to the growing acclaim of this amazing dish served in the front room. Went there last night and had a great meal. The bacon was the highlight. THis is a delicious entree. Rich, but not overly heavy. The slab has that great thre-part texture of pork belly: the crisp outside, soft, velvety layer of fat, and delicous fat basted meat. I need to go back for this again. Thanks to all the Chowhounders who convinced me to try this.
