So, I'm flying out to L.A. this weekend, to visit an old pal. I asked her what she'd like me to bring her from NY (she's originally from the area), and she said, "Apple cider!" Now, as an aside, I had no idea that it was not readily available, or as good, on the Left Coast; is this true? But I digress. My main question is, will the fresh stuff be okay out of the fridge for about 10 hours? I plan to buy the cloudy kind in a 1/2 gal. plastic bottle, pasteurized, and to carry it onboard with me.
