French Hot Chocolate (chocolat ancienne)

In Paris you can find the most marvelouus French
hot chocolate (called chocolat ancienne). It is served in two pitchers: one contains hot milk and the
other contains hot melted pure dark chocolate. After you've mixed the two and tasted it you will NEVER
drink chocolate made with powder (cocoa and sugar)
and water. Does anyone know of any place where I
can find this drink? Please help. I won't be back
in Paris until next May!
