Freezing uncooked yoghurt-marinated lamb - HElp!

Hi all -
i was having people for dinner tonight and left a couple of racks of raw lamb marinating in the fridge in a mix of:

greek yohurt
lemon juice
indian spices
fig paste
lemon juice

2 out of the 5 people have now dropped out because of illness/work and I don't think the remaining 3 of us will be able to manage 2 racks between us.

I don't want it to go to waste cos they were about $17 a rack each for the meat alone (and we all know how precious greek yohurt is these days!)

I don't think i woud be able to freeze as is, uncooked, with the yoghurt and all? Can anyone verify? If this would work, I am not convinced, it would be the easiest solution.

Maybe I could wash off the marinade and then freeze, making sure to us i for a spicy recipe in the future?

Please dont suggest cold lamb salad the next day, I'm a hot lamb only kind of girl.

I don't even know how long this will keep in the fridge in its current state. i bought the lamb sunday night and made the marinade monday night. If it would last til Sunday maybe I could use again then.

Any ideas or tips very much appreciated.
