Freezing mozzarella

Found "bargain" I couldn't pass up... 2 pint containers of fresh mozz in water/liquid @ 50% off cuz sell by date is tomorrow. What will be the result of freezing/thawing... which is probably what's gonna happen to them. Appearance isn't important... ugly slicing/shredding is fine. If it tastes good and melts, everything will be fine.

Have you ever frozen mozz before? What were your results like?
