Freezing Meat with Gravy

Another chowhounder asked about freezing gravy, has anyone included meat in their gravy when they have frozen it? I'm wondering if the results would be better if they were frozen separately.

I was thinking if you froze chicken meat with gravy or perhaps pot roast with gravy, and then reheat at dinner time, it would speed up the dinner making.

I'd only be interested if freezing them together would have delicious results.
