Hi All. I'm new here. I'm planning on making mac and cheese for a crowd[maybe 40]. I'm using Inas' recipe for plain mac and cheese. What I want to know is can I make it ahead and freeze it? If so, do I have to defrost it first before reheating it? Also do I need to add more liquid to compensate for the reheating? I'm probably going to make 2 trays because there will be other food.
