I am back to baking bread...however, when I have homemade bread on hand I EAT IT! I can easily eat a loaf of homemade bread myself in the course of a day. And I am trying to lose some of the pounds I have gained over the last 6 months. There are only two of us living here now. So rather than give up baking bread, or wasting time and energy and making 1/2 lb loaves, I would like to try freezing it. Any suggestions? Or will the bread lose any of the homemade qualities I love so much?
