Just bought a round of cooked fresh shrimp for shrimp cocktails from Costco but I wanted to freeze it for a couple of days for Christmas Eve..should I just keep them in the fridge, freeze or foodsaver seal them?

I plan to have shrimp cocktails for Xmas Eve but don't want the texture changed or have them be tough..
