I've got an entire cooked cotechino left over from a large dinner a couple nights ago (2 zampone and 2 cotechino did get eaten). Has anyone frozen them cooked? I'm not sure, but there wouldn't appear to be a huge downside. Thanks.
Coffee and prime rib seem like unlikely partners, but Ryan Farr's recipe reveals they both have an earthy quality that makes them a natural match. Just be sure to scrape off any excess coffee rub from the meat before serving.
