Freezing cooked chicken in lime sauce

I have a recipe for lime chicken tacos in which you saute the chicken strips on high heat then pour in a sauce of lime juice, vinegar, garlic, green onions and seasoning and just cook through. I am wanting to make this and freeze it for future meals. I'm afraid since I'm adding this high acid sauce that it will change the texture of the chicken. Any advice on this? Thanks!!
