When I make a dish using coconut milk, I often have a good amount left over. I have tried to freeze it in jars, so I can use it again, but it always comes out of the freezer gritty. (instead of creamy)
I have read other posts here where people said they froze their coconut milk. I was wondering if you guys also get gritty coconut milk out of the freezer? Do you go ahead and use it anyway?
I hate to throw away coconut milk.
