freezing chinese food?

My local farmer's market has amazing green beans. I am tempted to buy a ton and make stir-fried green beans (in wok on very high heat until seared, then add tons of garlic and some salt.)

Can I freeze the cooked beans? Or will they lose all their lovely crisp bite when thawed?

I'm also tempted to just blanch them and then freeze them. What will their texture be when thawed, and will I be able to use them for stir-fried beans after thawing?
