freeze lasagne raw or cooked?

magiesmom | Dec 9, 2011 06:11 AM

I am making a lasagne with hot sausage, meatballs, ricotta, mozzarella, tomato sauce with the intention of freezing half.
Should I bake it all and then freeze or can I make it in 2 small pans and then freeze one before baking?
My thought is that the latter method might result in less drying out?
Any experience with this ?
